吴中盛，政策研究博士，2022年博士毕业于马里兰大学公共政策学院，在此之前于2012年和2015年分别毕业于华中科技大学和北京师范大学，获本科和硕士学位，在攻读硕士期间，曾由国家留学基金委公派赴宾夕法尼亚大学进行为期一学年的硕士联合培养。现为浙江大学“百人计划”研究员，供职于政府管理系。主要研究方向为社会组织与公益慈善，具体研究领域包括公益行为、志愿服务、非营利组织透明与责信、政府购买公共服务等。吴博士在Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Voluntas, Administration & Society, the American Review of Public Administration, Applied Research in Quality of Life等国际期刊发表论文多篇，同时担任多个国际期刊，如Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Voluntas, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Voluntary Sector Review, Nonprofit Policy Forum, Public Performance & Management Review, Social Forces, The China Quarterly, Local Government Studies, Development and Change, Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership等，以及学术会议Academy of Management Public and Nonprofit Division Conference的匿名评审人。
